A ‘Ceilidh’ is simply a Scottish Party. — Music, dancing, singing and a great deal of FUN are enjoyed. We often invite special guests from other Societies. But all are welcome to come and enjoy the entertainment. We usually have at least four Ceilidhs every year – they are all different!
All the Ceilidhs take place in The Scottish Hall. Here’s a song about them:
“Let’s have a Ceilidh
Come with me
Dance to the music
The merry, merry music
Come let us make the rafters ring
Let’s have a good old Highland Fling”
